Dokkum has been enriched with a luxury restaurant and hotel. In addition to the beautifully renovated Abdij, restaurant and hotel Ode has opened on the other side of the square. Interior architect Jeroen Overmars took care of the overall design and decoration. Pilat&Pilat supplied custom tables for the restaurant. The tables fit in well with the fixed elements such as organic round benches and it was possible to take into account varying floor heights. The customization, uniform material and use of color give the space a warm, rich atmosphere. By connecting parts of tables, Ode can provide flexible table arrangements for a varying number of guests.
